What is Shooters Academy

Join us at Hoop Skool in our Shooter Academy sessions where you’ll be able to improve on basketball skills in a fun and more competitive environment.

We’ll work together weekly on improving your skills at a faster rate and building your confidence and self – esteem

Shooters Academy is a progression programme for players aged 10 – 12 years old. Don’t worry you can also join even if you haven’t played before

Our experienced coaches will work together 1 hour every week on developing your skills and building your confidence and self – esteem

Improve dribbling, passing and shooting skills

Promote teamwork and the ability to compete

Encourage learning through work and play

Work towards an in-house Game week and end of Term Tournament.

Here's why Shooters Academy Works

Players will get to improve on their skill set and broaden their knowledge with an extensive basketball skills database delivered by experienced fun coaches who know how to get the best out of a player

Players will learn more challenging drills so that they can take their game to the next level

Players will have access to planned and organised sessions delivered by kind and intuitive coaches so that they can reach their potential

Players will be encouraged to learn through play and competition so that the transition to a game environment will be efficient and they are confident in making decisions quickly

Players will be exposed to low Coach to Player ratio so that they get the attention and feedback they need and deserve

Players will become confident with the ball so that they can return to their teams more confident and with a better belief in their abilities.

Players will have access to encouraging and motivating coaches so that they are comfortable with making mistakes which are important for progress

Players will have the opportunity to showcase their skills in the end of term tournament

Players will be part of a community all working towards their goals so that they never feel alone
