What is Shooters Club

Join us at Hoop Skool Basketball Academy in our Shooters Club sessions where you’ll be able to improve and master your shooting technique in a fast, fun and competitive environment.

We’ll work together weekly on improving your shot and building your confidence and self–esteem to make that game-winning shot

Shooters Club is our signature programme, designed for improvers, competitors, and keen players who want to improve their shooting skills and make shots in basketball games.

It is aimed at 13– to 18-year-olds who want to play basketball and improve, providing them with opportunities to play the game they love.

We have 2 levels. Level 1 is for perfecting shooting technique, and Level 2 is working on game-like shots once your technique is worked on.

Here's why Shooters Club Works

Players will get access to highly experienced Shooting coaches so that you can improve your shot at a fast pace

Players will learn the correct shooting technique process that has been tried and tested on thousands of players so that you can achieve a high shooting percentage

Players will have access to planned and organised sessions so that you can put up over 100 shots per session

Players will be exposed to shooting under different game like situations so that they have the confidence not to hesitate to take that game winning shot
Players will be encouraged to learn through play and competition so that the transition to a game environment will be efficient and they are confident in taking shots quickly

Players will be exposed to low Coach to Player ratio so that they get the attention and feedback they need and deserve to achieving more game time

Players will learn how to self correct their shot so that they can return to their teams more confident and with a better belief in their ability to shoot the basketball.

Players will have access to encouraging and motivating coaches so that they are comfortable with making quick decisions

Players will be part of a community all working towards their goals so that they never feel alone

Players will be introduced to fundamental basketball skills by our trained coaches. Weekly programme designed for the group

Here is exactly what is involved

1 x Session per week (1 hour)

1 x In-house Game Week

1 x End of Term Tournament in Term 1 and Term 3

1 x Playing Kit (additional fee €45)

Cost per term 2026/2027

Term 1 September – December €245 (14 weeks)

Term 2 January – March €155 (10 weeks)

Term 3 April & May €145 (8 weeks)

Term 1 Includes Tournament in November

Term 2 Includes Tournament in June

Term 3 is Competitive Games/Practices

*Kilcoole operates 2 Terms per year (14 wks/12 weeks)

Next Term is September 2026 – Registration Opens July 1st for New Players
